Account and Google information
We use account identifiers, email addresses, authentication records, supporter profiles, purchase history and download permissions to operate the store. Google sign-in supplies your email, Google account identifier and basic profile information, such as name and profile image, subject to your Google settings. We use these details to authenticate you and connect your store account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars. Google account data is not used for advertising or AI model training.
Purchases and music access
We use order and payment-status records to provide your library, protected downloads and support. Stripe processes payments when checkout is available; we do not receive your full card number. Paid preorders remain locked until fulfilled. Hosting and security services may process technical records such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs.
Optional public leaderboard
If you opt in, your supporter name, rank and eligible purchase total become public and may be seen by search engines. Your email is not displayed. Change your visibility in My Account. Copies previously captured by others may remain outside our control. Private accounts retain their purchase access.
Providers and disclosure
We use Supabase for accounts and store records, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare R2 for private music storage, Hostinger for email, Google for optional sign-in and Stripe for payment processing when enabled. These providers process information necessary for their services under their applicable terms. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or protection of rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential session information and browser storage keep you signed in and operate the store securely. Google and payment services may use their own cookies when you use them. This store currently has no installed advertising pixels or optional analytics trackers. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in. If optional tracking is introduced, we will update this policy and provide choices where required.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed for account operation, music access, legal and accounting obligations, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations. We use access controls and temporary download links, but no online service guarantees complete security.
Your choices and requests
Edit your supporter name and public visibility in My Account. Email info@thugworldmusic.com to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about rights available where you live. We may verify account ownership. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. Account deletion can affect access to its library. Never email passwords or full card details.
Children and changes
The store is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. We may update this policy as the store changes; the current version and effective date appear here.
