Your account
Use accurate account details and keep your sign-in secure. Use your purchasing account to access its music library. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Name your price
Amounts are in US dollars. Type any amount at or above the release’s displayed minimum; preset buttons are suggestions. Extra support does not change the included music unless the listing specifically says otherwise. Music purchases are purchases, not charitable donations, and are not represented as tax-deductible gifts. Any applicable taxes and final total are shown at checkout.
Payment and downloads
Payment must be confirmed before access is granted. Available purchases appear in your account library. Download buttons generate temporary protected links; return to your account to request another link. Unpaid, reversed, fraudulent or disputed transactions may affect access as applicable.
Preorders
Preorder listings accept payment before downloads are available. Your order remains awaiting release until fulfilled by the store. Check the listing for announced dates and contents. Contact support about delays, cancellation or refunds. If a release cannot be supplied, contact us for an appropriate resolution, including a refund where appropriate or required by law.
Music licence
Purchases permit personal, non-commercial listening and download use. Copyright stays with the relevant rights holders. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or commercially exploit the files without permission.
Leaderboard and rewards
Public recognition is optional. Ranks depend on eligible confirmed support and the selected period or release and can change. Straight to the Top fills an estimated amount; it does not charge automatically or guarantee a final rank. Rewards apply only as specifically described and available.
Problems and refunds
For a missing, damaged, incorrect or inaccessible file, email support with your order reference and purchase email. We will investigate and seek an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement access or a refund. Ask before buying if a release or preorder is unclear. These terms do not exclude cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Separate merchandise and service changes
The Official Shop is a separate merchandise storefront with its own checkout and applicable policies. Digital listings do not include physical merchandise unless expressly stated. Maintenance or security work can temporarily interrupt access; contact support if it affects a purchase.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains account data, providers and public recognition. Updated terms show their effective date. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
